Masorini online clothing store

Please stay away from this online clothing store. My wife bought a jacket from their w-site which is widly advertised on verious social media platforms. Order was placed on the 18th of April 2018. Their w-site states internatoinal deliveries will take around 28 working days. ' After receiving a e-mail with the order confirmation and a message saying that they will keep her updated via e-mail and sms on where her order was. 21 June 2018 we havent received any updated from them and so we made contact and was told it will take 7days to follow-up with their supplier. I told them that this is taking way to long and we would like a refund which they stted cant be done as the order was already placed with their supllier. 28 June 2018 I received an e-mail with a tracing number witch I was able to trace via the SA postoffice w-site. From the 28th of June up-to 25th of Jule the status on the SAPO web-site did not chance until the 29th of July when the w-site told me that the tracking number does not exist on their system and I should get the service provider to get hold of the supplier to send then the new tracing number. This all has taken almost 4 months now and i feel thsi i totaly unexceptable for an online cloting store promising things they cant deliver.
