Near as I can tell, this is a ****.

I placed an order a month ago. Find out after doing so that the delivery timeline is ridiculously long. I never received the package even with the extended delivery timeline.

I complained the day after the delivery timeline expired. I then receive a mysterious email from USPS claiming that they attempted delivery in some other zip code (not mine, and I double checked the zip code I gave them) 8 days earlier and that they would attempt to deliver the next business day (7 days before this email). There is no evidence at the delivery site that they ever attempted delivery and there is no explanation in tracking for why they did not make a subsequent delivery attempt.

Minutes after the mysterious USPS email Masorini emailed me and claimed that the item was delivered (false) and encouraged me to follow up with the post office else the item may be returned. I told them at this point to let it be returned and to just refund me. I complained that they had an obligation to deliver it to me and telling the customer to figure out what happened is not an adequate response. They told me they couldn't give a refund because the item was in the United States and suggested that I take a picture of my proof that the item wasn't delivered (seriously, I guess they want a picture of the empty space on the floor where the package should be).
