Poor service and bogus business practices

I visited the store on the 29th of March 2018, to obviously purchase something. I decided to purchase a Siemens toaster, which was priced at R499,99 vat inclusive. As I was about to pay at the cashier counter, an middle aged Indian manager told me that I could get the toaster at that price due of the cost he paid for the toaster. I then indicated that I was protected by the Consumer Protection Act No 68 of 2008. He blatantly refused to acknowledge the law and I decided to leave the store. Masons is a reflection of a bogus business that operates inconsistent to the laws of the country.
