Poor service

Bought a JVC TV through Takealot.com, supp**** by Masons. 12 month warranty, failed after 15 months. Any reasonable person would expect the TV to last longer than 15 months, but Masons is not even prepared to take this up with the JVC distributor.

Poor service and product quality, buth for Masons and JVC
