Pathethic Customer service!!!

Pls don't ever buy from Masons in Benoni !!! I purchased a Hisense fridge from them and when I had a problem with it they refused to assist, instead I was asked to contact Hisense. There was a problem with the freezer though as Hisense had to come and replace the thermostat. Even then they didn't want to assist with the broken trays due to over freezing. Instead I was asked to defrost my freezer each time I need to sue it. Pathetic service but greedy for your money !! DISGUSTING!!!
