Outstanding customer service

We went to Masons a month ago to buy a new gas stove. We chose a Smeg in anthracite. Shanoo was so helpful and gave us a fantastic price, we even shopped around a bit to check on prices and it was by far the best. When it got delivered the next day it sat at our new house waiting for us to move in. I opened it up last week and it was the wrong one, stainless ***** and not anthracite. I um'd and ah'd and wasn't sure if I should change it or if they would after so long. I decided I really wanted the original one we chose and called them. Not only did they come and swap it a month later, but without packaging or a receipt. When I called I couldn't even remember the date and the lady who answered the phone told me it was fine, she would find it. I am absolutely so happy with their service and prices and will definitely only use them in future, thank you guys.
