Ashraf from MASONS furniture in Benoni is pathetic as a business manager/owner. Very poor customer service. I lost my money and they have my blender.

This company has bad service from when I bought the blender that costed me R2999. I returned this within a year and they were going to fix this. I still have the putchanse slip and repair one as well. I was told they will trace the blender as the sales person has left the company. Up until today they say hey can't find the machine and I am not getting my money. The manager is so rude and he says he can't find the blender anywhere but never returned my calls or email. He asked me to send the receipts which h I did and never heard from him. This is the Benoni brunch. Buying from this store is a risk for consumers and the service is pathetic.
