After sales service is very sloppy
Whatever you do think twice if you are about enroll with this security training institution, there is no customer service at all. No urgency in problem solving. My nephew completed his Grade EDC however on Psira's database shows that only Grade E was completed, which means Grades D&C were not submitted. What an inconvenience. I have in so many forms tried to get answers from their office but none of them is getting back to me.
Take it from me, don't enroll Period!

The fact that your nephew's grade D n C have not yet been captured does not mean we did not yet submit his course report. Kindly bear with us, let us do follow up and contact PSIRA on his behalf. I am confident this can be resolved.
