Unbelievable turn-around time

<p>I am busy building a residential property in Fairhaven Country Estate Somerset West, which consists of multiple levels. The building contractor is MASON PROPERTY DEV (Pty) Ltd (Nick Mann) who has enlisted the services of ECONO PRECAST for the slab, precast stairs and cantilever sections of the house.</p> <p> </p> <p>Yesterday at 14h00 hours I forwarded and email to MASON PROPERTY DEV (Pty) Ltd requesting a change to the stairs configuration and enquired whether it is possible. I did not expect a response for quite a number of days as I knew that the matter needed to be referred to ECONO PRECAST to determine whether my request is practically possible. Further it required the attention of Nick Mann the owner of MASON PROPERTY DEV (Pty) Ltd 1st and I wasn't sure when he will have sight of my email as he is running at full capacity with a number of residential properties at the moment and will only be able to view my email after hours. </p> <p> </p> <p>Much to my ASTONISHMENT I had received a reply by 06h19 this morning. Given the chain of events that was required this turn-around time way exceeds best practice and is unheard of. MASON PROPERTY DEV (Pty) Ltd dealt with my request at 21h00 last night and ECONO PRECAST responded at 04h13 this morning enabling MASON PROPERTY DEV (Pty) Ltd to get back to me by 06h19. These 2 companies and their management definitely deserve an accolade. I highly recommend doing business with them. </p>
