They will lie about a date you'll move in just to sell the property. Estate Agent has done this to more than 3 people I know. They'll take commission with the deposit you pay and will not respond to any update queries to an extent where a person cancels then they'll respond, re-sell property and take commission again. Social media page deletes all the comments when people complain about the place.
