Left for Dead

I have made a booking at Maso Palace for the 11/6/2021 to 12/06/2021 to my surprise when I got to the venue the owner advised me that they didn't receive any confirmation from Booking.com

I have spoken with the owner who advised that the place was unavailable and I had to go look for an alternative. one gets an impression that the owner and booking.com are working in silo’s. I would urge people out there to use other platforms or book directly with the owner cause booking.com is failed system. I have completed their survey asking me how was my stay and up until today I have not received a call or any form of communication asking me for further details, it clearly indicate that their system is a poor one or someone is not doing their Job.

After speaking with the owner of Maso Palace who advised that their is nothing he can do for us except refund me, up until today he has not contacted me to arrange my refund. He has been numb on the whole ordeal. If you want spend the night in your car while you have paid for accommodation visit Maso Palace they are good of leaving people stranded .

I would like to be refunded all my money back and please delete all my contact details because I will not be using Booking.com ever or Visiting a place Like Maso Palace.
