Disgusting Service

If you want an extremely horrible and unprofessional experience, go to The Maslow in Sandton. Their rooms don’t have bath towels, when you request towels, you are spoken to as if you are there to *****. Thereafter you end up waiting for 30mins before someone actually brings them to you. Their breakfast at the Lucana has flies surrounding the food. They have no cutlery on tables. When you complain to manager, the response is “wait I haven’t finished my speech as yet”, which makes it quite clear that their complaints rate is so high that the manager has a speech ready and doesn’t even actually hear what it is that you are speaking about. Due to the time wastage with the above, we requested a later checkout, without even a bat of an eyelid, the answer is simply NO. I would honestly rate The Maslow as a zero on all fronts. Truly disgusted.
