REFUND OF R95.00 IS JUST NOT WORTH IT

I went to return something, followed their returns policy and they could not make a decision at head office whether to credit me the R95.00 or not. I waited for 45 minutes and they only called me in the afternoon. Then they still argue that I had to bring it back within 7 days, but their policy says 30 days. So they agree to give me the money back, after I first leave the product there and they do a refund, less bank changes. Cannot believe such a big company is so worried about R95.00. I was at their premises, they did not help me, now I have to spend money on petrol again to return something.
