Bad experience
Very disappointed with this company, should have read all the reviews before ordering from them. Shocking or rather not existing custoner service. Selling bad quality tools, foot files broke withing 2 weeks of use. Previously we used different brand and the same foot files lasted us 2 years plus. Management rep**** that we app**** too much pressure on them, what a joke. So much for "we want our clients to be happy with our products" that you'll find on their web site. Also, it's a violation of consumer protection act.

We are so sorry to hear that you broke your foot file. We do want our clients to be 100% happy with their purchase, however we are not able to return goods when clients use excessive force and break the product.
Our team forwarded your communication to the product manufacturer. They are a local manufacturer based in South Africa. They assured us that they have manufactured several hundreds of thousands of these units and that the only time they have had an incident like yours was when the client used excessive force, hence the teams reply to you.
