4 LED Curing Lamps

I purchased 4 LED UV Maskcara lamps 6 months and 2 weeks ago. One lamp was faulty from the start, and I was asked to return it at my own expense for repairs. Now, all four lamps have stopped working, and I'm being asked to return them again at my own cost and pay for repairs.

Given the 100% failure rate of this batch, I expect a comprehensive solution. It's clear that lamps sold around the same time are experiencing similar issues. As someone who values brand reputation, I would have taken proactive steps to address this. The automated response I received doesn't adequately address my concerns.
