Poor Service, False Stock Availability, and Continuous Delays
We placed an order for laboratory equipment on 13 July after confirming that the item was listed as "In Stock" on the company's website. Based on this information, we proceeded with full payment upfront, expecting prompt dispatch and delivery. Unfortunately, weeks later, we are still waiting for our equipment. Since making payment, we have repeatedly contacted the dispatch team for updates. Instead of receiving clear communication, we have been given inconsistent information, vague promises, and constantly changing ETAs. No one has been able to provide a solid explanation for the delay or a confirmed delivery date. This has had a significant impact on our business. As we rely on this equipment for our daily operations, and the delay has caused unnecessary disruptions, production setbacks, and operational losses. If the item was not actually available, it should never have been advertised as being in stock. Customers should not be expected to pay in full only to be left waiting indefinitely with no transparency or accountability. We are extremely disappointed with the level of service and communication. We hope this review encourages the company to improve its stock management, customer communication, and commitment to delivery timelines, so that other customers do not experience the same frustration.

Untrust worthy Company
The star says it all!!! :-( Should it be possible to give ZERO stars - that would have been the first choice. Avoid doing business with this company as you are CONFIRMED of dissapointment
