Refusal of payment fro Masiphathisane burial society

I joined Masiphathisane burial society in 2017 fir them to help wit the burial of my family members Something than draw me to them was they work for people ages varies to 94 the pay out was also very good For the elders is R12,500 that's where the problem arises my two aunts passed away in January 2021 I contacted their chairman Mr Vumazonke at *** and sent all the documents to their email address *** The reason why they don't pay us is both my family members are old and their underwriter is not willing to pay 12,500 its been long time waiting for something that we don't know when it will be resolved Please help you are the only person who's fighting for costumers Yours faithfully PN Mntungwa(Mrs)
