Interest Over Charges

I had 4 different loans with this company's owner, which I acquired telephonically with the interest of 30% per month. The 1st amount was R2 700 in April, 2nd one was R10 0000 in July, 3rd one wasR5 000 in September and 4th one was R10 000 in October. The total amount she charged me when I requested a Settlement was R66 781.00, which was too much. According to my calculations with my Advisor, as per the Interest we agreed upon with the Lender, the Total amount I owed her was R51 370.00. I then emailed her explaining how much I owe her and also showed her on the email of the Break down or detailed Statement of my Debt that I requested from her. She didn't respond to my email.

I then decided to deposit the amount that I knew I owed her but instead of depositing R51 370.00, I mistakenly deposited R71 370.00 into her account. I immediately called her to tell her about the mistaken deposit and requested her for a refund of R20 000.00. She then deposited R4 589.00, being the difference according to her total amount of R66 781.00 she overcharged me, instead of the R20 000.00 that she was supposed to refund me.
