Bad services at Masilonyana Municipality in Winburg

<p>In January i send an email requesting my statement they reply, the following week i reported the problem i have at home there's no street light outside but nobody reply they went quite i send 5 email with no answer </p> <p>but when it comes to them sending us the utilities bill they are the first to do so but when they must attend the customers they not interested i find their service Disgusting the way they operate I’m not happy about it at all </p>
