DO NOT USE THESE ATTORNEYS WHEN SELLING YOUR HOME

We've left numerous messages for the Director, Yolinda Freimond to respond to queries we had during the selling process of our house. These attorneys handled the transfer etc. and were very quick to make sure they received their transfer fees. Once all moneys had been cleared, and we were under the impression that this was the case, we even received a statement breakdown of money we would receive, we now receive an email TODAY, demanding we pay the fee of R20 000 odd as we are holding up the transfer process of our new house. Our documents were to be sent to the deeds office middle October, but were only done the last week of October when we were informed of a document we had not provided. The communication for the document was sent to the wrong email address from the attorneys! We also received word by chance, that the attorneys internet system was hacked as we received an email reply from the attorneys indicating another email address whereby the hackers asked for moneys to be paid to another account. This made us very anxious and angry! WE ARE VERY DISAPPOINTED IN THEIR SERVICE. NO APOLOGIES FOR THEIR MISCALCULATIONS.
