Improper work done done

Good morning and happy Saturday to you all. I am writing about the Masih engineering company in Pretoria West , corner W. F Nkomo and Van rebeek street.

I have given them some engineering work to do and they took my money without proper work done. I took the work back to them and they brought the work back claiming they have corrected their mistakes, but nothing according to the 1st machenic until I changed the machinics and the 2 Nd machenic had the similar problem as the 1st machenic.

And I had to change the engeneering after the 2nd machenic recommended, and still the sizes of the work were not the same. Now I demanded money back because I could not trust their work anymore, but they could not bring my money back, please help me Iam confused.
