Graduate Institute of Financial Sciences is a ****

I did my NQ4 with Masifunde in 2014 to date I have not received a statement of results, I requested it from last year from Keshika, Uthika and Tamera.

To date I have not received anything from them, I went there personally and only to be advised that they lost the files and they needed me to confirm they I complete the course. I sent them numerous emails confirming that I was registered with them and even got my previous HR lady to send me a consolidated report on the modules completed. Even after sending them all the information, they still have not come to the party, I was promised that I would receive feedback by the end of business on numerous occasions but still nothing. I always have to call them only to be given the same response over and over again.

I have a job lined up and the only thing outstanding is this statement from Masifunde, I have never dealt with such an unprofessional bunch of people.

I would recommend anyone registering with them its called the Graduate Institute of Financial Sciences now.

I'm sure nothing will come of this as well as there has not been any sense of urgency from Tamera from their QA department. They dont seem to care much about how this is affecting my life.

6 whole months for a statement is ridiculous.
