GIFS Graduate Institute of Financial Services/Masifunde Training Center IS A ****

I have completed a NQF 5 in short-term insurance in 2019 and was advised by Masifunde that I had not completed a certain assignment. This was due to some technical issues on the system and they received the assignment and marked it and all was sorted. I have recently requested a copy of my certificate and now, they are saying that I have an outstanding unit. The very same unit they marked back in 2019. This is just unacceptable as I have produced the unit that they marked yet they have not given me what I requested. At this point I want to escalate this further, anyone know where can I escalate or the ombuds who can assist?
