Bad customer service

My first experience was requesting the printing of tops, the delivery was delayed by 2 weeks. I was reluctant on doing business with the company again but I was promised better service. I urgently requested business card print outs for an event, the same thing happened. I did not have the printed business cards at the event as a result exchanging contacts with potential clients was hindered. Mashjoy branding solution has proven to have bad service and the promised delivery time is never attained.
