I am not happy. R2500 is nothing, I will make another one, but is about principles

I am very disappointed at the service I got from this guy called by the name of Ignacius Nghonyama, who I was referred by someone to assist me regarding my case. All I wanted was a court order to DC Experts so they can remove my name from debt review, since from November last year after transferring him R2500 to his own account, even now I have been assisted and I always have to remind him, last week I requested for my money back so I can try the other attorneys but he just told me that it won't be possible. All I want now is my cash back because I can see that he is failing.
