Pls never join Mash &dent motor

On March I send email to mash&dent motor as I Am insure with them that my car have scratch ,they say I must sent them pics ,I did after days they emailed me telling me that they won't due to the meteres of the scratch ,I ask them why they tell me about 15 meteres knw why they didn't tell me when they offer me the insurance the say I must email the department of complains I did email them till today they just inform me that they received my email but nothing is happening this insurance they just here to collect money they dnt care about they promise us
