An impossible manager

I booked the venue for 41 people. First of all I was never told that the other house is outside and across the road but we understood and took the room either way. We paid the hall as it was not part of the package. The management there is impossible unless if this depends on the needs of the group but our experience with the lady in charge was terrible, it's either her way or the high way. One of the taxi driver was refused to sleep in his taxi on the premises. The house hardly had hot water, be it morning or evening. It's either cold or lukewarm in the cold weather we had. I was told I need to tell my people to move their cars from the grass to the parking lot which could not even accommodate our cars for that matter. Our catering team was not free to prepare meals for us as they were followed around and asked why are they cooking with big pot...we were 41 and they knew about our numbers, why would we cook with a small pot to feed 41 people? I will not be booking this place anytime now. If you like peace and an understanding person, don't book the place. The lady there is frusting.
