Solar Solutions ****mers

I was looking at the Solar Solutions and came across a Company by the name Mash Energy which sells Solar Solutions Packages. Their prices were slightly lower compared to what most of these companies were offering. I decided to buy one of their packages which included 14 * 555 watts Solar Panels, 2 * 7.68 kWh batteries and 10.2 kVa Inverter and accessories. They charged R 84 600 which I paid for. So they came and did the installation and all was working at that time. To my surprise, the batteries got drained quickly in the morning after installation and we only switched on the geyser for 1h30min. I started inspecting the system and I found out that I was supp**** with 5 KWh batteries instead of 7.68 kWh batteries. What they did was they took 7.68 kWh battery boxes and put 5 kWh batteries inside them. I found out after the close inspection of the boxes. They do show that they were resealed. I called them and they stared blaming suppliers and told me that I have to give them time to sort this out. They gave me a referral before they started the installation. I contacted the person thereof asked to also check his system. He also found out that he was ****med. They also gave him the 5 kWh batteries instead of 7.68 kWh. This is something the keep doing to customer without knowledge of these solutions. They use this cellphone number: *** and it only works on WhatsApp. The sales person calls himself Brandon.
