Terrible service! No idea of customer service!

Upon arrival, we were seated at a table. We had ordered drinks from the waiter which took over 30 minutes to arrive. The drinks were eventually brought in stages, leaving some of us sitting thirsty. After about 45 minutes, we still not able to place a food order as our drinks were still being brought.<br> <br> When I complained to the owner \Mash"about the terrible service and lack of attention"
