Duped R17 000 by a **** Achitecture

Hi, please help me nd others who have done business with Stewart Mthethwa who masquerade *****ing people as an architecture of building plans. I paid him R17 000 for an extension plan but he never submitted the plans at the municipality since February. Now he has blocked me and can't be found.
