Horrible Service

The Maseti International group doesn’t even deserve a star it’s just that I won’t be able to write my complaint if I don’t rate them.I have experienced a horrible service.On the 5th August 2021 I have booked a house in Campsbay via agent (MASETI INTERNATIONAL GROUP) and paid R14395,00 to their business account.I was supposed to check in on the 9th Aug then when I got to that house there was a guy that was there to handover the keys and some documents to sign.The house looked TERRIBLE if you know a ***STY .So I told the guy I won’t sign any document I’ll never have my birthday dinner in a ***STY. I then phoned SIBUSISO MASETI whom I paid my money to and he said he’s gonna check another place for me till to date he never came back to me.I saw him cruising on a train with his girlfriend having a nice time DIN’T CARE about me and my guests that came all the way from EC to be stranded in CPT.

All I want is my R14395,00 from SIBUSISO MASETI.
