Very disappointed

We are so sorry that we chose Masere Logistics to handle our move in March this year. John Donald from Masere Logistics was the first person to make contact after we requested quotes and we accepted the quotet.We decided to accept his quote. I informed John that there was a height restriction of 2.8 m at the Estate that we were moving to.On the day of the move when the truck arrived with our furniture at the Estate the truck was to high and could not enter the Estate.The truck driver suggested that the truck enter at the exit gate. On the way out after dropping the load the truck bumped against one of the lights at the exit of the Estate and broke it. When we informed John he confirmed that the insurance at Outsurance will pay for the damages to cut a long story short , apparently his insurance declined the claim. John then confirmed that he will pay for the damages himself. We have waited for longer than a month. but no payment. We received a fine and had to pay for the light.
