Poor Service Received

We hired this company for our family movement. They were the first ones to respond in terms of quotations and John had good customer service; however, the staff is not friendly and doesn't care about the safety of your furniture. They have a stinking attitude and don't want to be corrected when you are not happy with the handling of your staff. This is one company that will even promise you insurance for your assets. However, their service is totally poor, and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. I even regret allowing them to our space.
