Masere Logistics - Poor & Pathetic service

I utilized the services of Masere Logistics for a move from Fourways to Ruimsig. Their offer included insurance for costs and damages to my furniture and appliances. This was certainly not the case. Quite a bit of my goods were damaged severely during transit, given its immaculate initial condition. Some appliances needed immediate repairs to work. This I had to undertake on my own. The value of the goods affected are in excess of R50.000. Masere Logistic have failed miserably in all respects, its been 2 months with no end in site. I deeply regret utilzing their services!!!
