No Delivery

After being told they would install in 5 days after receiving payment of a 70% deposit. I was given the run around for over 1 month and still no delivery or installation of the batteries. I have now requested a refund and after 3 weeks of waiting for my refunds to be repaid, I have now engaged lawyers and served a letter of demand. I will be following this up with a complaint to the ombudsman. WORST CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!!!!!
