Delay of relievers payment every month

I work as a reliver at this company, my payslip says I receive salary at last day of the month, however they pay us relievers on the 07th today is 10th still no salary no communication how soever on wht is the delay or whn exactly we can receive our salaries, I called the office no1 knows wht is going on
