Masakhane Call Centre Policy

I have had a funeral policy for more then 5 years with Masakhane call centre they are deducting money every month for the past 5 years an amount of R149 all the numbers of them does not exist what they are doing is wrong the last time I did recieve something from them was like 4 years ago im scared if I stop the debit order I will loose all that money
