One star is actually too much. I travelled all the way to Rosebank from Pta on the 3rd of May. Completed all documents and handed all the doc's they requested. Until today, no answer, no reply to various emails, whatsapp messages and even telephone calls. I send the owner, Mariangel emails to which she does not reply. I can see how she reads whatsapp messages but just ignores them. If I was unsuccessful, no problem, at least have the common decency to inform me accordingly. These people have no idea of how to do business. Plus they charge you 20% of whatever they manage to get their lenders to lend you. They are actually just loan brokers renting expensive office space. She could do all that from a Wimpy.

30 May 2019, 11:04Werner S - clients usually send application form in for us to pre check and thereafter we book an appointment. Every client receives sms's with results. Do not see why you would be overlooked as to not receive any answer.
From the 6th May till the 29th May Mariangel has been out the country, her brother died. Maybe that is why you did not get an answer from her. Staff at the office would have told you this, and tried to assist.

I DID receive an sms, I DID make an appointment (how else would I have know the address and what time etc?) and I actually have record of ALL correspondence. I actually spoke to Mariangel by telephone while she was out of the country and she promised to get back to me upon her return (which she never did, and I have proof of this too as I have Call Recorder on my telephone). I DID NOT receive ANY sms with any results at all. The only sms I received from you was the one instructing me to call to book an appointment (which I did).

As I said; if I did not qualify, that's all fine with me and no hard feelings, but AT LEAST COMMUNICATE WITH ME.....

Your reply shows in what a shambles your business is. I DID receive an sms, I DID make an appointment (how else would I have know the address and what time etc?) and I actually have record of ALL correspondence.
