Horrible horrible *****!!! I sent my documents 3 weeks ago already and they've had NO DECENCY whatsoever to get back to me. You will call and call everyday wanting feedback and they will LIE and say will sms you in 5 minutes with the feedback. Whether you are declined or approved they dont care to let you know. It's so sad because they even confirmed they got my documents. IF U WANT TO PUT YOURSELF THROUGH UNNECESSARY STRESS USE THEM!

Only Phumzile we have is Phumzile P who sent an application 16th Sep? also Phumzile N? we do not have a Phumzile M? must have been a misunderstanding as two clients have the same first names.
