Beware of this company - I will never ever use them again I ordered a dress for R1299 in good faith - first of all it states Marzani Cape Town which leads you to believe that it’s based in SA when in fact it’s in China!! After many follow ups the courier delivered the parcel to me and I was shocked - firstly it wasn’t near the style of dress that I ordered - the size was completely wrong and the fabric too aweful I immediately emailed them and that’s when the nonsense from them started offering me a 10% refund??? Then it went to 20% refund - are you crazy - collect the dress you sent and I want a full refund!!! I was told that sending back garment would be at my OWN cost despite them being at fault!!! Eventually I went to courier company and was advised that cost of that would be R900- which Marzani flatly refused to pay They said they would give refund once the garment got back to them but I do not trust them after how they treated me I now sit with a revolting R1299 dress which I will never wear and didn’t want to go and spend a further R900 without ANY guarantee that they would refund me AVOID EVER ORDERING FROM THIS COMPANY
