School Shoes

I bought my son a pair of school shoes at Mary's fashion PTA on Tuesday 3rd of January 2023. He did wear them on Wednesday when the schools reopening. When he back from school he was so sad the shoes were pilling off as if they were hit by a bomb. It a buccaneers brand school shoes. I communicated with them telephonically and WhatsApp sending them pictures the guy on the line told me it's factory fold the is nothing they can do. I'm really disappointed. My son's reopening day was bad I need to get him feeling good flowing back.
