Unreliable nanny

Mary Nkhema was a nanny for my 2 children. She was with us from the time I went onto maternity leave. I trained her for 4 months and she was supposed to takecare of my newborn when I returned to work. My son is in creche. Thoughtout the 4 months I always asked if she is happy with everything and encouraged open communication. The weekend before I started work she said she needed to go back to Lesotho for a funeral and will be back on the Sunday as I started work on Monday. She never returned and was not answering phone calls or returning my messages. Initially I was concerned that something happened but when I checked her social media I realized she just left and wasnt coming back. I would not recommend using Mary Nkhema or her businesses. She is extremely unreliable and left us at the worst possible time.
