TERRIBLE HAIR SALON!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I went to Marxelle's hair spa in Margate hoping to get my roots colored. I wanted a nice beige blonde to match the rest of my hair. I walked out wit ICE BLONDE roots!!!!! Completely different to the rest of my hair!!!!!

When i called the lady that assisted me i got told she will do the rest of my hair the same color but that it will be damaging!!!!! I DIDNT WANT PLATINUM HAIR!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The owner has such a terrible attitude and not a problem solver at all!!!!!!!!! YOU messed my hair up!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I will never ever go back again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
