Marven Finance - AGAIN

Here we go, so in September 2014 I took out a loan at Marven Finance. 29 November 2014 I paid up this loan in full even received a paid up letter to confirm that I had paid and no money is outstanding. 21 January 2016 I sent an email to Jan Maree to request that this now reflects at the credit bureau as closed as I have a letter so I have been struggling with Marven Finance for three years now and still it shows open on my credit record it gives me a bad reflection on my report and want this to stop. Please have this cleared NOW
