Very Bad service from Marvelous ****s

We signed up for a char service with Marvelous ****s in Somerset West. On 3 occasions we made payments for a 3 month service. The lady that had to come and work only came 3 times (it must have been at least 10 times) and all 3 times she was late. Since then we tried to communicate via e-mail and phone and the last response was from the owner - Kate Shuttleworth - whom threw the phone down in my ear when I complained. Rest assured, we will not make use of this service and will definitely not advise any of our own clientele to make use of them.
