Marvelous ****s collects money without services.

I hope this article will warn any unsuspecting customers thinking of contracting Marvelous ****s for cleaning services. I booked a date which I then rescheduled to 18th December @ 08h00 which was agreed and accepted by Michelle from MM. She was very demanding for the up front payment which were the early warning signs. I was at the house ready at 08h00. At 09h30 no one has arrived and sent message to cancel or reschedule. Marvelous ****s are now refusing to refund my payment. Calls were not returned by Michelle which created further suspicion and introduced the founder, Kate into the emails. This has also proved ineffective as Kate refuses to consider the true facts of the matter and now find myself litigating to receive my R5 200,00 refund. I hope my poor choice of cleaning company will help you avoid a similar bad experience with Marvelous ****s.
