Horrible experience Bellville Branch

NEVER EVER USE MARVELOUS ****S IN BELLVILLE! Worst experience ever from the Bellville Branch. We have dealt with Shana at the Table View branch before and she was excellent. Bellville is another story. We specifically told them we are moving and the house would be empty, we explained the size and that all walls, frames and windows must be properly washed. They used watered down no-name kitchen cleaner, no handy andy and wasn't allowed bleach. I still wiped the DUST off the frames and showed the supervisor. They insisted the walls must be repainted but I showed them that a handy andy cloth takes it off. I had to pay upfront to secure the booking and had to pay again for a third person because the work was too much. When I called I got a 'you are unimportant' attitude and a snotty email reply. R2000 wasted! I could have done it myself or gotten 2 chars that would have cost half the price. NEVER EVER USE MARVELOUS ****S IN BELLVILLE! Moving house is a stresful time and service companies should understand that they can make our lives easier and so doing grow their customer base by word of mouth. Kate was unhelpful and blamed the fact that I didn't want to sign the inspection sheet on the fact that I was stressed. YES KATE! I was stressed because I paid and received terrible service and I didn't sign the inspection sheet because the work was incomplete. We had to be out next day so I could not let you return 2 days later. I praise the Table View branch for the service I had received in the past but you dear founder lady have no regard for your brand or future clients.
