Beware South Africans: ****** by a **** tolerated by Marvelous ****s Management

I needed ****s to help with a move out clean. I was sent 2 ****s. And one was so slow and hardly cleaned. She just spoke too much and too loud about alot of inappropriate nonsense. All she wanted was freebies and to go through my fridge. The other one did most of the work AND SO DID I, I had to wash dishes and the stove and I even had to wash walls. My service was booked from 11am( for apparently 7hrs which I didn't get) At 10h21 I emailed to say I'd use my own equipment which we did and yet I'm still being charged 450 for the ****s using their own equipment which was a bottle of handy Andy, sunlight liquid, mop and bucket.

The most disappointing part of it all was that i had to report an incident of a ****** comment made by a ****. IN A DEMOCRATIC SA. IN 2022 who actually still acts this way??! Marvelous ****s called me to say they reprimanded her. Maybe people of color should beware??
