Utter nonsense

I requested a cleaning service and the lady got to my house at 9am. Did minor cleaning , ate my bread with cold meat and coffee. After 6 hours decided not to finish the work because they have been instructed to only work for 7 hours with an hour lunch break. I called the office to inquire about this and was told that unfortunately ,' THAT'S HOW IT WORKS ' . I got charged R300 for this complete waste of my time.
