Rude “owner”

They said that confirmation of the booking will only happen after payment. So, we did not pay, accepting no booking! This morning a rude woman phoned here and did not give us any chance to to even talk. I phoned her to tell her that we will pay, but she was still extremely rude, absolutely NO professional s****s and put the phone down in my face. She is apparently the owner. This is what I sent her by text: “Good Morning. I am really trying to fix this misunderstanding, and would appreciate it that you listen to me as well. We will pay your money. We will give it to the worker. There is no need for you to be rude.”
